This privacy policy is intended to provide you with information about how your data is processed during your visits to our website, as well as when you contact us and maintain business relationships with us. It serves to provide you with the information referred to in art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ), hereinafter referred to as 'RODO', which has been in force since 25 May 2018.

For what purpose do we acquire your data and on what basis we use it?

Your personal data, depending on the purpose in which you contact us, can be processed by us in order to:

a) enforce our agreements or contracts with you which bind us to your employer or the entity with which you cooperate (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR),

b) the recruitment process (Article 6 (1) (a) of the RODO),

c) replying to an email message or telephone contact you have sent (Article 6 (1) (a) and (EEC) RODO),

d) archival (evidence) in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO),

e) possible determination, investigation or defense against claims in pursuance of the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the RODO).

f) direct marketing of our services and products being our legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 point f) of the RODO),

What personal data do we process?

We process the following personal data:

1) data provided voluntarily

a) for the performance of contracts we process data that is necessary to achieve this goal, and if you are an employee or a person cooperating with our contractor, your personal data that has been provided to us by your employer or the entity with whom you cooperate,

b) in order to conduct the recruitment process, we process personal data contained in your recruitment application,

c) in order to answer your message or telephone contact processed, your name, e-mail address and phone number,

d) for marketing purposes, we may process your name, email address and telephone number.

2) data collected automatically

When you use our website, we collect and collect information such as: your IP address, request URL, device ID, amount of time spent on individual pages, browser type, browser language, date and time of using the Website, screen resolution, type and the version of the operating system, as well as other such information.

Is the provision of data mandatory?

Providing personal data is completely voluntary. However, if the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, its absence will prevent us from taking action that this consent concerns. The consent may be revoked at any time, however, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data that we have made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

How long will we store your data?

Depending on the purpose in which we process your personal data, we may process it through the following periods:

a) performance of contracts - for the period of performance of the contract that you have concluded with us or that you have concluded with us Your employer or entity with which you cooperate, as well as the period of limitation of claims under the contract,

b) recruitment - until the completion of recruitment for the position you apply for, and if you have given separate consent to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment, we will store your data for a period of 2 years from the moment of their collection,

c) providing answers - for the duration of our current relations (eg answering questions, presenting offers, exchanging correspondence), and after termination of the relationship for a period of one year.

d) for marketing purposes - until the moment of objection,

e) archival goals - for the period necessary to achieve this goal,

f) establish, investigate or defend against claims - for the period necessary to achieve this objective.

What are cookies?

Cookie files are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in your terminal equipment and are intended for using the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

 

Cookies are used for the following purpose:

a) recognition of the device used to display the content of the page,

b) creating statistics that help to understand how users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content,

c) adjusting the content and functioning of the website, by matching an anonymous, randomly generated tracking identifier, thanks to which it is possible, among others, to checking where the user came from, what kind of search engine he used, what link he clicked on, what keywords he entered and at what point he stopped using the website,

What rights do you have?

You are entitled to:

a) access to your personal data and the right to demand rectification, deletion and limitation of processing. To the extent that the basis for processing is the premise of our legally legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data,

b) to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent by its withdrawal,

c) to the extent that the basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you also have the right to transfer your data, i.e. the request to receive your personal data from us, in a structured, commonly used format,

d) submitting a complaint to the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, whenever you consider that the processing of personal data violates your rights.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Your personal data may be transferred to entities entrusted with processing personal data on the basis of contracts, in particular entities providing accounting and HR services for us, health and safety services and IT service providers. Personal data will be made available to entities that can obtain access to them under the law. We will also transfer your personal data to our authorized employees and associates in order to perform their duties. In the case of GRAMIG Sp. z o.o. Your data related to recruitment may also be passed on to employers-users, as part of a temporary employment agency run by the company.

 

 

Is my data profiled?

Your personal data will not be subject to processes that would lead to automated decision making, including profiling.
